Visit Reason
A Life Safety Code survey was conducted to assess compliance with fire safety and emergency preparedness regulations at Absaroka Senior Living.
Findings
The facility failed to provide adequate fire alarm notification devices, did not inspect fire dampers as required, lacked proper staff education on the emergency plan, and failed to conduct required fire drills for all shifts and document evacuation capability.
