Adults Toward Independent Living is a not-for-profit organization that includes volunteers who find housing for seniors in the Santa Clara Valley. Management and staff encourage seniors to pursue a new interest or maintain an old hobby while balancing it with an independent lifestyle in a safe environment; they promote individuality while practicing a lifestyle of additional support. ADTIL residents feel more comfortable and secure in a community they trust.

Volunteers and staff gives residents full attention and comprehensive services, such as stimulating activities, specialized programs, ADLs, and hospice care services.
