Debbie Burlingame
My mom has been a resident of Alden Pointe for three years. In all that time our family has been pleased with her care. When we visit her, she always seems content and happy. She is in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's and it has been sad to watch her decline. But the staff treats her like their own grandmother. The facility (and mom) always smell fresh and clean. The food is good and she is aided at mealtimes with very patient and kind people. The director, Stacey is always available and helpful with any concerns or questions we have. Mom was a resident of another highly regarded facility in Hattiesburg while we waited on the list for Alden Pointe. I won't say a bad word about them, but I will say that moving her was the best decision for her and for the whole family. We are grateful for the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. I would recommend Alden Point to anyone needing care for their loved one. Respectfully, Deb Burlingame.
