The purpose of this addendum is to correct the licensed bed capacity and define resident day/dining space of Appledorn ALC North.
Findings
Review of the facility licensing file revealed an application to operate an 88 bed facility, but Health Facilities Engineering Section certified the licensed bed capacity at 65 and resident day/dining space as 2195 square feet. The recommendation was to issue a home for the aged license reflecting a licensed bed capacity of 65.
