Visit Reason
The Division of Health Service Regulation conducted a Biennial Survey to ensure compliance with the 2005 Rules 10A NCAC 13G for Family Care Homes and the applicable portions of the 2018 North Carolina Building Code for small non-ambulatory care facilities.
Findings
The survey identified deficiencies including lack of handrails at a step down on the back deck, missing fire drill logs for review, and deterioration of the back deck top rail. The facility was required to submit an acceptable plan of correction for these issues.
