My 85 year old mother-in-law says the one elevators has been out for 3 months. She almost fell down the stairs taking her groceries up the stairs. It’s a senior building, no way it should be one elevator. Next why is the elevator out for three months, she said they’re waiting on a part for 3 months. This is unacceptable that the owners would not do something about the one elevator in the building being out for senior citizens. They can not manage going up and down these stairs without possible risking falling. The fact that there is no urgency is appalling. You collect the rent every month yet don’t provide safety for the seniors. Some of them are fall risk and not to mention those who can’t walk. The owners and management should be ashamed of themselves. Use that money you collect for rent and get a new elevator.
