The inspection was conducted as a renewal inspection of the assisted living facility Bee Hive Homes of Butte, Inc.
Findings
The inspection identified deficiencies including failure to perform quarterly certifications by a Licensed Health Care Professional for Category B and C residents, improper food storage with opened bags of potatoes on the pantry floor, lack of a thermometer and temperature logs in the laundry room freezer, and housekeeping issues such as uncovered garbage in the laundry room.
