Initial inspection of a newly renovated Adult Medical Day Care building for 60 licensed Adult Medical Day Care participant slots.
Findings
The facility was not in substantial compliance with all standards in the New Jersey Administrative Code for licensure of Adult Day Health Services. Specifically, the facility failed to provide proper fire sprinkler coverage to all parts of the building, including the electrical room, which is a fire safety hazard.
