Visit Reason
The inspection was conducted as a renewal licensing study for Besser Senior Living Community to assess compliance with licensing rules and regulations.

Findings
The facility was found to be in non-compliance with several rules including failure to notify the department of a change in administrator, lack of tuberculosis screening evidence for residents and employees, absence of TB risk assessments, and failure to have a designated supervisor on third shift.
