| 487.9 (a) (15) — Personnel: At least one individual currently qualified by a recognized organization to administer basic first aid shall be on duty and onsite at all times. |
| 487.12 (h) — Disaster and emergency planning: The operator shall arrange, at least annually, to have the local fire authorities, certified service agency or department staff observe one fire drill in which residents participate. |
