Visit Reason
The inspection was a routine visit conducted by Disability Rights South Carolina to assess the facility conditions, resident well-being, and compliance with regulations at Cabading Homes #3.
Findings
The facility was generally clean with adequate space and current licenses, but there were concerns including a faint odor near restrooms, clutter in the kitchen, presence of flies, old unused furniture posing safety concerns, and a physical altercation between residents without room reassignment.
