Visit Reason
The inspection was a routine Team Advocacy visit to Cabading Homes #3 to conduct a walk-through, interview residents, review resident records and medication administration, and observe the facility environment and operations.
Findings
The facility was generally clean with spacious rooms and residents comfortable with staff, but there were concerns including a faint odor near restrooms, clutter in the kitchen, presence of flies throughout the home, and old unused furniture posing safety concerns. A physical altercation between two residents was noted without room reassignment. Residents expressed a desire to move but not to another facility.
