Visit Reason
The inspection was conducted as a result of an onsite complaint investigation for complaint number GA 00188863.
Findings
The complaint was unsubstantiated; however, a deficiency was cited unrelated to the complaint. The hospice failed to ensure that the frequency of visits by the hospice chaplain, social worker, and aide were provided in accordance with the patients' plans of care for all sampled patients.
