Visit Reason
The inspection visit was conducted as a routine team advocacy inspection to review the facility's compliance with regulations, including resident records, medication administration, and overall site conditions.
Findings
The facility was generally clean, well-maintained, and residents had access to common areas with a variety of activities available. However, several areas needed improvement including missing documentation of fire drills, an expired TB risk assessment (later updated), missing medication dosage for Resident A, and incomplete resident record photos.
