A Standard survey with a Covid-19 Focused Infection Control component was conducted to assess compliance with New Jersey Administrative Code standards for licensure of assisted living residences and infection control.
Findings
The facility was found not in substantial compliance due to failure to ensure food was prepared and served under sanitary conditions. Specifically, sanitizing solutions used for cleaning food preparation areas and utensils were not properly diluted, placing residents at risk for food-borne illnesses. The facility was compliant with infection control regulations related to COVID-19.
