Complaint Details
The complaint investigation was related to medication administration timing issues and service plan updates. There were no regulatory insufficiencies cited related to a prior investigation Incident #129764-I. The complaint #127204-C was substantiated with findings of medication administration delays and outdated service plans.
Findings
The investigation found that medications were not administered at the prescribed times for 8 of 8 tenants reviewed, with multiple medication variances documented in audit reports from March, June, and July 2025. Additionally, service plans for two tenants were not updated to reflect their current care needs, particularly regarding transfer assistance.
