Inspection Report Summary for Clearwater Pinnacle Peak

Most inspections found no deficiencies, with four out of five reports showing clean results. The most recent inspection on October 9, 2025, was mostly clean except for one earlier inspection in November 2023 that identified several deficiencies related to management oversight, resident care, and safety issues, including problems with CPR training documentation, medication storage, and premises safety. That November 2023 inspection also resulted in a $1,000 fine due to CPR training noncompliance. Since then, the facility appears to have improved, as no deficiencies were found in subsequent complaint investigations or annual inspections.
