Visit Reason
The inspection was an unannounced routine inspection conducted to assess compliance with assisted living facility licensing rules and regulations.
Findings
The inspection identified 16 rule noncompliances including issues with staff identification badges, lack of quality assurance meetings for the first quarter of 2024, incomplete employee orientation and training, unlocked medication room, missing emergency disaster plan elements, lack of fire and disaster drills documentation, food handlers without permits, improper chemical storage, and missing criminal background screening documentation for some employees.
