This facility’s common areas are very dirty, outdated, and unkept. The elevator is always broken. And the food is not healthy at all. And the care???? You MUST check up behind them and stay on them to ensure things are done—and done right! We had to install cameras in my mother’s apartment to keep watch! The apartments are OK inside, depending on what floor it’s on, but it’s everything else that is raggedy! They will sell it to you, though, like it’s a nice place—but the staff are very unorganized, overworked, and can be rude! And the Director, Deb?!? Not professional in her demeanor at all! Even the EMT that came to see about my mother after falling said, “I would never allow my family to stay here! It’s unsafe and they don’t care!” I removed my mother as fast as I could—but she died that same week, smh… Please don’t take your loved ones here! My mother died EARLIER than doctors expected because of this place and lack of quality care!What do you like most about living here?
