Visit Reason
The inspection was conducted as a new licensing review of the facility to determine compliance with regulations prior to admitting residents.
Findings
The inspection identified multiple deficiencies related to sanitary conditions, windows and screens, furniture and equipment, lint removal, unobstructed egress, and exit signs.
