Discovery Village Clear Lake underwent a comprehensive inspection on January 27, 2022, resulting in 8 state standard violations. The facility was cited for failing to post the most recent inspection report, search the National Practitioner Databank (NAR) and Employee Misconduct Registry (EMR) annually, and report COVID-19 cases within 24 hours.
