An announced pre-licensing evaluation visit was conducted to assess the facility's readiness for licensure as an Adult Residential Facility for the Elderly with a capacity of 6 residents.

The facility was found to have adequate structure, safety features, supplies, and equipment, including working bathrooms, emergency plans, food supplies, smoke detectors, and medication storage. The facility appears ready for licensure, with component three waived and fire clearance approved.

The visit was conducted as part of the Component II completion for original licensing of the facility, verifying the applicant/administrator's understanding of community care facility licensing laws and readiness for licensing.

The applicant/administrator successfully completed Component II, demonstrating understanding of licensing laws, facility operation, admission policies, staffing, emergency preparedness, complaints, and pre-licensing readiness.
