The purpose of the visit was to conduct an onsite inspection related to the original licensing study and to document a renovation that resulted in a decrease in licensed bed capacity from 110 to 62 beds.
Findings
The facility consists of two units: Copper Harbor general assisted living with 21 studio rooms and Clare Bridge secured memory care with 19 studio rooms. Each unit has rooms that accommodate one or two residents with accessible bathrooms and call systems. The facility has appropriate common areas and secured courtyards. The recommendation is to decrease the licensed capacity to 62 beds.
