Findings
Across 19 inspections, Hampshire House Adult Home had a total of 115 violations with multiple inspections showing deficiencies in resident services, medication management, environmental standards, and disaster planning. Enforcement actions were issued in 2021 and 2024.

Description
487.3 (b) — General provisions: The operator shall operate and maintain the facility in compliance with the regulations of the department and with applicable statutes and regulations of other State and local jurisdictions.
487.3 (g) (3-4) — General provisions: Failure to adhere to the terms of the approved waiver shall result in rescission of the approval and imposition of penalties.
487.4 (k) — Admission standards: Medical and mental health evaluations shall be conducted within 30 days prior to admission and at least annually.
