Hospice of New York is a premier provider of hospice services in the urban jungle of Queens, New York. They cater to individuals facing their end-of-life and just want to receive quality care on their terms, whether in the comfort of their homes. Established in 1997, they have been faithful to their mission of providing comfort to terminally ill patients, families, and caregivers that go beyond the physical aspect of caring. They have four levels of care available, depending on the type of care a patient needs. This includes in-home care, in-patient level care, continuous care, and respite care whenever they need it the most. Hospice helps lessen the burden for clients and families, making it a meaningful journey even after the death of their loved one.
