The visit was conducted to perform a compliance inspection and investigate intake #GA00194990, with an onsite visit on 2019-03-13 and investigation completed on 2019-04-08.
Findings
The facility failed to provide sufficient staff time to assist residents with daily hygiene, including baths, for 1 of 4 sampled residents. Additionally, the facility failed to operate in a manner that respects the personal dignity and human rights of 2 of 4 sampled residents, including disrespectful and rude behavior by staff and refusal to provide more than one bath per week.
