The visit was conducted as part of a renewal inspection to verify that L & W Adult Foster Care Home is wheelchair accessible and compliant with accessibility requirements.
Findings
The home was found to be wheelchair accessible with two ramps at two approved means of egress. One ramp is at the front door and the second ramp is located off the laundry room exiting into the garage. Resident bedrooms located upstairs are not wheelchair accessible, and residents with impaired mobility are not assigned to those bedrooms.
