The visit was conducted as an original licensing study to determine compliance with applicable licensing statutes and administrative rules for New Haven Assisted Living facility.
Findings
The facility was found to be in substantial compliance with licensing and fire safety rules, meeting physical plant requirements and administrative rules related to quality of care to be assessed during the temporary license period. A temporary license with a maximum capacity of 20 residents was recommended.
