A branch of the New Perspective Senior Living group, New Perspective Franklin caters to independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents. New Perspective Franklin is relatively new, just a few years when they opened; and ever since, they have been known for their life enriching programs that are administered by their professional staff. The upscale community understands the importance of celebrating individuals, which is why they do their best in ensuring that each and every resident is provided with comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs. New Perspective Franklin prides itself on being a warm and welcoming community that beams a vibrant and delightful atmosphere.
New Perspective Franklin has standardized amenities that are thoughtfully-designed to include in the development of the building. To name a few of their amenities include a pub, cafe, swimming pool, and a fitness center. As for the apartments of each resident, it is designed with granite countertop of the center islands, stainless steel appliances, and washer and dryer included– these are essentially catered for independent living residents. Assisted living and memory care residents essentially are taken care of by the nursing staff; ready to attend to any needs one may have. Management and staff also provide enriching and engaging activities for seniors to take part in. The current residents are mostly local, having more women to men ratio; whose ages are about 60 to 90-years-old. New Perspective Franklin provides a vibrant new social life that is why they encourage residents to engage in activities.
