Visit Reason
The inspection was a routine Team Advocacy visit to review resident conditions, medication administration, facility environment, and compliance with regulations at North Haven Residential Care Home.
Findings
The inspection found medication administration errors including a missed dose of Escitalopram and a medication order change not fully implemented.
