Visit Reason
Routine unannounced inspection of Orchard View Assisted Living & Memory Care to assess compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
Findings
The inspection covered multiple regulatory areas including resident rights, medication administration, staffing, safety, and facility maintenance.
