Visit Reason
The inspection was an unannounced routine inspection conducted to assess compliance with assisted living facility licensing rules and regulations.
Findings
The inspection identified 10 rule noncompliances including deficiencies in employee training, medication administration timing, fire drills documentation, emergency preparedness, maintenance issues such as unsecured mechanical room and inoperable emergency lighting, and incomplete employee certification updates in the DACS system.
