The inspection included review of self-reported incidents, resident and staff records, and observation of residents and staff during activities and medication administration. The Licensing Inspector also reviewed activity calendars, menus, resident council minutes, fire drills, and health care oversight.

A renewal inspection was initiated on March 19, 2021 and concluded on March 23, 2021 to assess compliance with applicable standards and laws for the assisted living facility.

The inspection reviewed resident and staff records, activities, staff schedules, healthcare oversight, fire drills, and the dietician's report. No violations were found and no deficiencies were issued.
