The visit was conducted to approve the utilization of all 56 residential units and to increase the total licensed bed capacity from 60 to 95 beds at Randall Residence at Encore Village.

The facility was initially licensed for 60 beds using 30 of the 56 residential units, with only three units meeting barrier-free accessibility requirements. After reconstruction of additional rooms to meet accessibility standards, all 56 units were approved for occupancy with 39 rooms approved for double occupancy, increasing total capacity to 95 beds.
