Visit Reason
The inspection was a routine visit conducted by a team advocate to assess the overall conditions, resident care, and compliance with regulations at Reid’s Residential Care Facility.
Findings
The facility was generally clean and well-maintained with adequate staffing and resident care. However, there were issues with meal service including a discrepancy between the posted and served meals, lack of a substitution menu, and a shortage of perishable food due to delivery delays. Minor maintenance issues such as bathroom flooring repair and unprofessional insulation of window air conditioning units were noted.
