The Adult Care Licensure Section conducted an annual survey on November 14 and 15, 2024, to assess compliance with medication order regulations.
Findings
The facility failed to ensure that all current medication orders for three sampled residents were reviewed and signed by the resident's physician or prescribing practitioner at least every six months, as required by regulation.
