The inspection was conducted as a renewal licensing study to evaluate compliance with applicable rules and regulations for Riley's Grove Assisted Living.
Findings
The facility was found to be in non-compliance with three rules related to laundry and linen storage, kitchen and dietary food labeling, and general maintenance and storage of hazardous materials. Violations were established for each of these areas.

Findings
The facility was found to be in compliance with all applicable rules and statutes; however, the BFS fire safety rating had expired as of 2022-01-28, preventing license renewal until an updated rating is received.
