Inspection Report Summary for Rockbrook Assisted Living
Rockbrook Assisted Living and Memory Care underwent a comprehensive inspection on August 13, 2024, resulting in six state standard violations. The Health Code deficiencies consisted of one violation related to service planning for residents, which was corrected by September 20, 2024. In contrast, the Life Safety Code had five instances of non-compliance, all stemming from fire safety and emergency preparedness issues. These included inadequate fire drills, a lack of maintenance records for the fire alarm system, insufficient smoke detector sensitivity checks, and incomplete documentation for the fire sprinkler system. Although these deficiencies were identified in February 2022, they were not corrected until late February to early March 2022.
