Visit Reason
The inspection was a routine team advocacy visit to Rosewood Assisted Living to conduct a walk-through, interview residents, and observe facility conditions and services.
Findings
The team found the kitchen water temperature appropriate, residents were freely mobile, and meals were ample. However, some rooms and bedding appeared unclean, medication handling could not be verified, and some residents expressed a desire to move or have more activities. Documentation such as incident reports and in-service training was not fully available.
