The facility was found to be clean, in good repair, and free of fire hazards. All safety equipment and environmental conditions were operational and within acceptable ranges. Medication storage and resident records were properly maintained. No deficiencies were issued during this inspection.

The physical plant was toured and found to be sufficiently furnished with adequate lighting. Resident bathrooms were clean with no unpleasant odors. Safety equipment including fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, and auditory alarms were operational. Knives and stove knobs were inaccessible to residents. The inspection was to be continued at a later date.

No deficiencies were observed during the inspection. The facility appeared clean with no fire clearance issues, medications and supplies were secured, and staff records were reviewed for health and training compliance.

The inspection found no deficiencies. The facility maintained proper COVID-19 mitigation measures, adequate food supplies, secured medication and cleaning supplies, and up-to-date resident emergency contact information.
