They draft payments from deceased residents bank accounts They do not provide refunds The CEO and Executive Team is in on it The Comptroller cuts the refund check but does not mail it They cook the books to show the refund but the check is never sent Do not put your loved one here - they are financially corruptWhat do you like most about living here?
