    Inspection Report Summary for Saddlebrook Oxford Memory Care

    Oxford Saddle Brook Memory Care LLC underwent a comprehensive inspection on October 07, 2021, resulting in 7 state standard violations. Of these, 4 were classified as Health Code deficiencies and 3 as Life Safety Code deficiencies. The Health Code issues included non-compliance with Texas Food Establishment rules and local health ordinances, failure to search the National Practitioner Data Bank (NAR) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) annually, and failure to post a copy of the most recent inspection report. These deficiencies were corrected between October 24-29, 2019. The Life Safety Code issues included inadequate protection of hazardous areas, improper storage of flammable liquids, and insufficient exhaust for odor-producing areas. These latter issues were addressed between October 25-November 5, 2021. No enforcement actions were found in relation to these violations.
