Safe Haven at Lenox Park
“The difference between something good and something great is attention to detail” — The saying which the staff at Safe Haven has embodied through their years of service.
Located in Lenox Square GA, this 25 acre community is called home to our loved ones who are challenged with Alzheimer’s, Dementia and more. This community is family owned and operated and is run by Alla and her family which gives you an idea why each resident feels like they are taken care of by family.
The care that residents receive is modeled after a saying that Alla’s grandmother said often. “Trust is not given, it’s earned and when you love the world, it will love you back.” At Safe Haven, each resident is treated with the same love and respect that families show to one another.

The most recent inspection on April 6, 2021, found no deficiencies. Earlier inspections showed mostly compliance, with the exception of a September 25, 2018, inspection that cited the facility for retaining non-ambulatory residents not capable of self-preservation and for not using appropriate safety devices to prevent elopement. Complaint investigations were unsubstantiated, and no enforcement actions or fines were listed in the available reports. Prior reports generally noted no rule violations. The record suggests improvement since the 2018 deficiencies were not repeated in later inspections.
