There’s a lot in store at Saint Anne’s– each residential apartment includes a shower, tv service, and individual internet; as well as individual climate control, designer countertops included with the full electric kitchen, and custom cabinets. All the services are included in the monthly rent rate. Those services are transportation, one meal a day with dining, housekeeping/linen service, a maintenance team, 24/7 concierge staff, and a full activities program. Current residents of the community come from all over the United States and are on average about 85 years of age. As management encourages residents to live an active lifestyle with the freedom to do whatever they please, they are still undoubtedly provided with great assistance and hospitality. Saint Anne’s is an independent living community that has everything a resident needs.
