Visit Reason
The inspection was a biennial survey to assess compliance with the Regulations Governing the Licensing and Functioning of Assisted Housing Programs for a Level III Residential Care Facility.
Findings
The facility was found not in substantial compliance due to expired medications not being removed and destroyed, medication administration records not accurately reflecting licensed practitioner orders, and lack of documented proof of in-service training for employees. These deficiencies were confirmed by the Assistant Residential Manager during the inspection and exit interview.
