SATORI SENIOR CARE AT SAINT CLAIRE underwent its most recent comprehensive inspection on April 22, 2024, resulting in one violation of state standards. The sole Health Code deficiency cited was related to the facility's failure to implement and enforce policies for controlling communicable diseases, including tuberculosis screening and providing a safe environment for employees and residents. This issue was corrected by May 20, 2024. No Life Safety Code deficiencies were identified during this inspection.
