This document is a plan of correction submitted by the facility in response to deficiencies identified during a prior inspection.
Findings
The deficiencies involved missing a fire-rated attic access cover and having only one means of egress from the enclosed backyard, which did not comply with regulations. The facility corrected these issues by installing a fire-rated attic cover and adding another exit point opposite the fence door.
