Visit Reason
The visit was conducted as part of the original licensing study for Serene Gardens of Rochester Hills Memory Care to determine compliance with applicable licensing statutes and administrative rules for a home for the aged with a memory care program.
Findings
The facility was found to be in substantial compliance with licensing requirements after addressing a few physical plant items identified during the on-site inspection. A temporary license with a maximum capacity of 37 beds was recommended and issued.
