This inspection was conducted as an annual State Licensure survey in accordance with Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) Chapter 449 for Residential Facility for Groups.
Findings
The facility was found to have several regulatory deficiencies including failure to ensure a newly hired employee completed a two-step TB screening, use of bed rails as restraints for a resident, failure of the administrator to review and sign off on six-month pharmacy reviews, and failure to ensure all exit doors had functioning audible alarms.
