The purpose of this addendum is to inspect the two new half bathrooms added to the facility and approve them for resident use, and to remeasure Bedroom #1 to ensure it meets the square footage criteria for resident use.
Findings
On 01/11/2024, the two new half bathrooms attached to Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 were inspected and found suitable for resident use. Bedroom #1 was remeasured and found to be 138 square feet, meeting the required criteria, and Bedroom #2 did not lose any usable floor space.
