Visit Reason
The inspection was a biennial survey to assess compliance with the Regulations Governing the Licensing and Functioning of Assisted Housing Programs: Level III.
Findings
The facility was found non-compliant in several areas including failure to have a signed standard contract for one resident, improper medication storage where external and internal medications were stored together, and failure to destroy expired medications within 60 calendar days.
