Standard Survey of 44 residential units to assess compliance with New Jersey Administrative Code 8:36 for Assisted Living Residences, Comprehensive Personal Care Homes and Assisted Living Programs.

Findings
The facility was found not in substantial compliance with several standards including dining services sanitation, menu portion size posting, emergency services and procedures, fire safety inspections, housekeeping and maintenance, and infection prevention and control. Deficiencies included dishwasher temperature issues, missing portion sizes on menus, incomplete fire drills, uninspected fire extinguishers, ventilation failures, lack of annual electrical inspection, fire doors not self-closing, and inadequate hand hygiene by kitchen staff.
